By accessing the fbaeej platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms are in effect at all times, and fbaeej reserves the right to update them at any time.

Fbaeej is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If a minor is found using the platform, all associated transactions will be voided and the account will be permanently closed.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date is mandatory.
• Any misuse of the platform will result in account closure.
• Fbaeej's services apply to users accessing the platform from Bangladesh.

To create an account at fbaeej, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing incorrect information may cause issues during account verification and result in withdrawal holds.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, fbaeej may request a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate at any time. This information is kept fully secure and is never shared with third parties.

• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify fbaeej immediately.
• Withdrawal functionality may be restricted until verification is complete.

The minimum deposit on fbaeej is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Deposits are generally credited instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. However, KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal — without it, your payment will be held.

In live betting, markets update in real time. If a bet is not accepted after submission, the system will automatically display the updated odds — you'll have the option to accept or decline.

• Pre-match bets placed before a match begins cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally cancelled and stakes refunded.
• If a match has completed more than 50% of play and the result is determined by the D/L method, all bets on that match remain valid.
• In accumulators (multi-bet combinations), a single incorrect result causes the entire bet to lose.
• The maximum single bet amount may vary depending on the specific market.
